Hello (Again) World!

Celebrate! School Is Over

There are lots of new things to celebrate. First, the new layout and the new post. I knowโ€”it’s been a while.

I also recently acquired a new phone. I switched from Apple to Android, because Samsung has been treating me beautifully and the Galaxy S6 Edge looked like a glorious smartphone.

Then, there’s my new bike. In the past, I combined bike riding with photography and even carried my tripod with me at times. But given that unlike my old bike (RIP), my current one lacks both a basket and a rear rack, I don’t know how or even if I’ll take my tripod on future outings. I bought a new backpack for my DSLR, so at least I’ll be able to comfortably carry it. ย I also have a new-ish GoPro. Technically, I’ve had it for almost a year, but I only recently started using it. I hope to share some GoPro videos. I still like photography, obviously?

But perhaps the biggest thing is that soon, if nothing goes wrong, I should have a new degree, a Master’s in Korean Studies and International Law and Organizations. I’ve finished all of the work for it.

Here on callistonian.net, though, things are only half up. Slowly, it’ll come together. I will be updating with some new, some old (and some ancient, I mean 2001-2 ancient) posts. ♥

So, how have you been doing? Seriously, how are you? (Feel free to comment below.)

Bye!

I’ll see you with a new post next week.

*The photo is a picture of my university. It was taken with my Samsung Galaxy S6 and processed in VSCO Cam/Pixlr.

YAY! HOMG, YAY! Your site is up with a lovely new theme! I love it! ๐Ÿ˜€

    I’m so glad you’re liking your Samsung Galaxy Edge S6. I want the regular one so bad, but I cannot justify getting that when my current phone still functions well XD;

And I hope nothing goes wrong and you get that degree. You’ve worked so hard on it. Congrats on finishing the coursework!

Thanks! ๐Ÿ˜€ Yeah, if there’s nothing wrong with your current phone – there’s no need to upgrade.

Congrats on finishing all your work and fingers crossed for that degree!!! Welcome back as well hoping to see more photos and posts from you. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 so I might be sticking to having an iPhone in order to stay in the Apple app market, but I am definitely impressed by some of the Samsung technology.

Thanks! The main reason I switched was boredom/curiosity. I still love the iPhone; it’s great. I just think my new phone is great too. They both have their quirks.

    OMG YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! You’re baaaaaaaack!

I’ve been away from the blogging world as well and only had the chance to browse through blogs this morning and I’m glad that I chanced upon your coming back post. I recently moved hosting accounts and moved my website’s content to using WordPress so I have a lot of catching up to do in terms of designing and setting up my own theme.

Can’t wait to read your next post! <3

You’re back too which is exciting! ๐Ÿ˜€ Thank you. I didn’t bother with things like designing my own theme. ^^; Maybe I’ll try it later.

So happy to see you are back! congratulations again on your accomplishment! ๐Ÿ˜€

Speaking of phones, I wish I tried the Samsung galaxy! I had to upgrade from an iPhone 4s to a 5s because I had apps I’m dependent on. LOL Next time I will switch to android.

Since you ask, I’m doing fine but this upcoming work week will be hectic like always, but something that is predictable.

Yay, you’re back! I just thought of you earlier today (not creepy at all). Glad to hear you’re done with school. By the way, I think you should be able to get a basket installed very quickly on your bike, as least that was the case with mine.
As for me, I’m fine, slowly working on my Bachelor’s, and if I finish it in time, I will be living in Belgium next year. Pretty terrifying.
    Hope you keep posting!

Thanks! Your comment makes me really happy. I’m glad people still remember who I am. ^^
When I got my bike, the people there said they could put a basket on it, but they recommended against it (because it would interfere with steering). For the time being, I decided to follow their advice, but if I really need a basket, I’ll go back and ask them to put one on.

Congrats on your Masters! That is a huge accomplishment you should be super proud of it. Welcome back to the blogging world. A lot of people seem to be making come backs, I guess it is that season and its really nice.
